All XIX Concept products are artisan-made and handcrafted, which means slight variations and natural imperfections may occur. These details are part of their unique character.

Your satisfaction matters to us. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, please contact us with your order number and reason for return.

Please note that we do not offer exchanges. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 working days (excluding holidays).

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

Unused
In the same condition as received
In their original packaging
Shipped back within 7 days of delivery

If more than 7 days have passed since receiving your order, we regret that we cannot offer a refund.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Every item is carefully inspected before shipping. However, if you receive a damaged or incorrect product, please contact us immediately so we can assist you.

Sale & Promotional Items

Items purchased during promotions or sales are final sale and are not eligible for refunds.

Return Shipping

As a small business, XIX Concept does not cover return shipping costs. The return shipping fee is the responsibility of the customer.

Workshop Booking & Cancellation Policy

All workshop bookings are final. Due to limited seating and advance preparation of materials, refunds, cancellations, or changes are not available once a booking has been confirmed.

If a participant is unable to attend, they may transfer their booking to another person by notifying XIX Concept in advance.

In the event that XIX Concept needs to cancel or reschedule a workshop, participants will receive a gift token equal to the value of their booking. The gift token may be used towards a future workshop or eligible purchase from XIX Concept.

Refunds will only be considered in exceptional circumstances where a suitable alternative cannot be provided, at the sole discretion of XIX Concept.

XIX Concept reserves the right to modify workshop dates, venues, instructors, or schedules when necessary. In such cases, participants will be offered an alternative date or workshop credit.

By completing a booking, participants acknowledge and agree to this policy.
